The recent vaccine developed for the treatment of Shingles, can it be used against HSV-1 and HSV-2?

The recent vaccine developed for the treatment of Shingles the herpes Zoster infection for people 65 and older, can that very same vaccine be used for the prevention of recurrent attacks of HSV-1 and/or HSV-2?

Can you tell me if there is a similar vaccine being developed for people living with HSV-1 and HSV-2 that will prevent recurrent attacks?

45 million people living with the disease in the US and 1 million infections a year, one would think that would be a highly lucrative opportunity to develop such a vaccine, if there isn't one available just yet.

Can we imagine the savings in health care costs, when we look at the related illnesses such as the fat liver conditions etc. attributed in people who have been taking anti viral medications such as Acyclovir, Valtrex, Famvir, Zovirax and so on?
