On Tuesday night (it is now Thursday) I got a pounding headache and flu-like symptoms. I thought it was the pizza I ate, but the next morning (Wednesday) I found a bump-like sore on my lower vagina, on the inner lip. I passed it off as a bug bite but was still worried because it hurt, so I looked again and near the vaginal opening was an open sore that looked like it could have been bleeding at one point. I also found that directly around the opening was red and inflamed. It doesn't cause the bumps pain when I pee, and instead of having clear discharge, I have chunky-ish white/yellow discharge. Last night it started itching really bad and I looked again this morning and there is a black looking scab on the original bump. I've never had sex, or let anyone touch me down there, never let anyone perform oral sex on me, etc. I looked up the symptoms for herpes and I just about matched them, but how is it possible that I got it with no sexual contact? Please tell me everything you know, does this sound like a yeast infection or genital herpes? I've never gotten anything like this before, and I have a doctor's appointment today. Thank you in advance, I'm really worried.
