Q: Full deal prevention

I am a male with symptomatic Genital Herpes. I am sexually active and am doing all I can to prevent the spread of the disease to my female partner. Do all these items work together. Before I know we are going to have the opportunity to have a possible sexual encounter, we do not live together so we are on a dating schedule, I am on acyclovir 200mg 3 x daily (for years), use hand sanitzer on my penis and leave it on till dry, then take a show with plenty of soap in the groin region one hour before we meet, and the use of nonlubricated Latex condoms. I never have sex during prodrone or an outbreak. Am I doing all I can or am I doing to much?

It's good that you are using condoms, but you must also take Valtrex to protect her. You can wash all you want down there, but it will not kill a virus that has no cure and lives inside of your body.
