About 4 years ago i tested positive for HPV ever since then I get tested every year for STD's and all test have came back negitive for the past 3 years. I went for my yearly check up and one of the tests came back positive for herpes. Does that mean that I got herpes this past year? Does me have been tested positve for HPV 4 years ago have any reason why i tested positive for herpes? I have only had sex with my boyfriend who I have been in a relationship with for 4 years. Is it safe to say that I got herpes from him within the last year?
