Q: Is HSV2 transmissible through oral sex? The giver being the infected party.

I have the same concern. I recently found out i have HSV 2 - have recently given a guy oral and now I am worried he may have it. I don't have any sores in my mouth or any other symptoms... I don't believe he can get it. I asked me doctor and he said no but a second opinion would be nice.

that i had nothing to worry about - I didn't give it to my partner. I don't have any open sores, etc in my mouth, no symptons in either area so I had nothing to worry about.
