is dry mouth, vaginal infection and constipation related?

if you have a vaginal discharge for a long time and constipation that is not helped with laxatives, and dry mouth , can this be related? drinking fluids doesnt help much.

I would think that the dry mouth/constipation could be related but I wouldn't see the correlation with the vaginal infection. that needs to be checked out, expecially if you are sexually active.
For the constipation/dry mouth, I would continue to target fluids throughout the day and Metamucil, Milk of Magnesia or other over the counter products typically should work. If they are not - you might want a doctor's opinion and a diet evaluation.
