How small are herpes blisters usually?

I have the itchyness down there...redness..had a yeast infection about a week ago today when i got a mirror out i noticed about probly 10 tiny tiny tiny dots about the size of a pinhead..theyre raised...they dont look like the pictures online when you search herpes theyre small and red?
