Sorry it has taken so long I just figured out how to use this site properly. If the are very small and look like little pimples, thats you normally. When I had the full out break, they are very red, itchy, lumps, a small pimple size then they start to spread, from front to back, and if not treated, with dry ice at the doctors, they can continue to grow further, down the legs, up towards your body. By this stage you will be sick and should have run to the doctor long before.   I know that geting the test done and not having the test done, is a very big healthly sex issue, of the restriction, embarrisment. But simply having the thought of knowledge that you may have them, and passing them on, without telling the person is a jailable effence.     Please have the test, then we can help if you do have them, and if you do not, practise safe sex, as you have been here once, theres no need to be here twice with what I just said.   Just walk in the doctor, I have had unsafe sex and I think i have genital warts, and can you please check my blood for anything else, plus hsv2, as it is the highest growing std of this age. The doctor will give you a lecture on safe sex an may even give you some condons before you leave the office, within 3 days you will know most.   Good luck and I will keep my fingers crossed, for  you not have them,   sue
