Topics:Question

Recently I discovered 2 bumps in my genital area. One on my penis and one above it. I was able to pop them and a white stringy-like substance came out (similar to a facial white-head). Shortly following a little blood drains as well. I have had one of them for about 3 weeks, and the other for about a week or so. The one I have had for a week seems to be going away however the other one remains the same (neither are painful at all). I have had only one sexual partner in my life and I am pretty sure that she was not infected. Can you tell me if this could be genital herpes?

There are two types of HSV, HSV type 1 and 2, and both can cause genital herpes.
