Q: cluster of bumps on shaft for 7 months with shooting pain in legs and feet, what is it?

I had unprotected sex with an older woman and 3 weeks later a cluster of white bumps appeared where the shaft meets the head on the underside of my penis.  The bumps do not pop and do not go away.  They just remain there.  I experience periodic shooting pain in the bumps.  This shooting pain also goes through my legs and feet to my toes.  The shooting pain and the bumps appeared at the same time so I assume they are the same disease and I assume it is an STD.  I am homeless with no money and I work for food with no way to get around so medical advice in person is out of the question.  Does anyone know what STD I have?  I cannot find photos that look like what I have on the internet.  Herpes are supposed to go away and come back right?  These bumps don't go away they are always there.  I have become abstinant because the shooting pain I feel in my urethra, feet, and legs is such a bad sensation I would never risk giving this to someone.  If you know what I have tell me please so I can know.  I can send a picture if I need to.

Thank you.

We would prefer not to receive explicit photos.  if you have access to a homeless shelter, they can refer you to a free clinic or they may have access to a medical person who can diagnose you.  If it is an STD, you could suffer medical complications so you need to get seen by an ER doctor, free clinic dermatologist or some medical professional.  Get creative but get checked out.
