I'm not a doctor by any means but I've been going through this too so I'll answer this for you. Gardisil does not have anything to do with herpes. You can definitely still get the Gardisil vaccination though to protect yourself against other transmissions of stds. Gardisil protects you against 4 strands of HPV. If you can get the vaccination, it is still highly recommended (by medical experts) that you get it. Herpes however, has no vaccination.
