My freinds and I wrestle around but we are not sexual with each other. I have not had a partner in a long time but now I have blistering on my scrotum. It looks like herpies but without having sex how could I get it? Is there any other type of condition that has the same rash like symptoms?

Not from wrestling - since herpes has an unknown incubation/physical expression timeline - you could have gotten herpes from a prior sexual encounter - even months or years earlier - if that's what you have.
To get it from a "hand job" the person would have to have a cut and be fresh/bleeding and those bodily fluids would have to come in contact with your mucosal tissue.
yes, the herpes rash can resemble other rashes so i would have it looked at and get tested with an IgG test.
You can get herpes from wrestling. It's called Herpes Gladiatorum.
