Q: Im worrying if Ihave herpes even though my doctor says no. I suffer from anxiety and ocd so I worry.

Last year I had sex for the first time. A day after i I noticed these little red dots on the glands of my penus. Thinking it was nothing but a reaction to the condom I let it go. It seemed to stay around but was not as bad. I eventually went to the doctor. He gave me some cream to get rid if them and said if it didn't disappear it was herpes. I went back seeing little result. The doctor examined me both times I visited and the second time he said it wasn't herpes but a reaction the gland has with the change of temperature etc, It wasn't the exact words but he said it was not herpes. I did not go for a test although he did say I could if i was still unsure. At this point the red spots of my penus was just a rash that has seemed to stay around. I researched around looking for any clue and manly checking if it was herpes but I didnt experience symptons of herpes except for back pain but Im sure that this comes from a medication I am taking for my skin(side effect) Should I be worried? Aswell it should be noted it does seem to vary how bad it is as in be worse at time thoguh this could because of masturbation etc. I just need to know if this could be a normal thing that hapens. My doctor told me it was just that glands are very sensitive etc but this rash never seems to go away. It has not spread to any part of my body, just the glands of my penis. I used protective measures during intercourse though she performed oral sex on me unprotected. What is this?
