im so scared and terrified i might have herpies. i have a blister not on my vagina or my anus but close. when i touch it, it feels like there is water. could i have herpies

its possible it could be a boil to. Those things hurt like a pain in the butt. I believe this is going to have a yellow head. If its herpes the heads wont be yellow. In either case dont touch them. Boils & herpes can spread to other parts of the body.
