Now i took a bath and i used this certain soap that always seem to irritate me when i use it but after she told me that i really start thinking if i have it. No blisters on my penis but i did have a scab on the shaft you know hopefully from using the wrong soap. So could it be even though all I did was put some vasaline on it and it cleared in two days

If you did not use a condom then one exposure to herpes can mean you did "get it" whether or not you are symptomatic.  Some people can have HSV2 for years and never have symptoms, infecting others without even knowing it.  That's why we routinely recommend condom use for everyone and that's why it's important for sexual partners to be honest with each other.  You can't "assume' that you do or don't have it.  Time will probably tell.  Certainly if you develop pain or a vesicular, painful rash - get checked immediately.  If you want furhter verification - you can get tested but again - test can show up as false positives or negatives.
