Should I be Concerned?

FOr the past three days, I have been going back and forth betwen hot and cold. WHen it happens they are extremes of both. Two nights ago I went to bed convulsing from being so cold. Then, I sweated the entire night through my blanket and woke up completely dehydrated and felt weak. SInce, I keep going back and forth. WHat is it?
