hey been living with genital herpes for a couple of years now. i largely abstain because i understand the tremendous responsibility i carry in not infecting other individuals. i understand that i made a mistake but that gives me no right to subject others. just reaching out.

toilet tip

when i have herpes and i urinate i find it really stings the docter said to pee in the shower but i found that a hastle, i now have a bottle of cold water in the bathroom so when i pee i pour the water at the same time it fully stops the stinging without any hastles. hope it helps
