Do i have herpes? please help!!!!!

I had unprotected sex a week ago. I have the smallest two bumps under my lip. there barely visible. My whole mouth feels bumpy when i touch it with my tongue. I have been going to a nail technition and this last time I noticed she had a cold sore right under her nose.
