I don't know if i have Herpes or not

I have been getting dizzy and everything, my testies itch when i shower every morning how can i tell if i have herpes or not? this has been happening since i was in 8th grade and i am in 11th now Will herpes kill me(if i have it) if it is untreated?

a couple of months ago i was sexually assulted. I couldn't find anything wrong untill now and he was the last person.
