I have read in a number of places that genital herpes can move through semen. Though I have read in a number of places that herpes can not transmit in semen. Can a test be done to check if one has genital herpes though a semen examination? Where and how can this be done as this seems very logical? I understand what an IGG type specific is... Tested negative for HSV-1 & HSV-2, but...

I got tested for Herpes in November 2007. My last sexual experience was in July 2007. My Herpes test (IgM) HSv came back positive, but when I was test for HSV-1 & HSV-2, my results were negative. I haven't had any symptoms of Herpes. Do I have Herpes?
