Lots of Gripes

It's depressing that there are so few support groups for std's and herpes in big cities. I only found one and it's not even in my home town. And doctors are not quick to point you in that direction since it isn't socially acceptable to talk of much less get help for it. This is one of my biggest peeves about having herpes. NO... StressFull

It makes me feel very stressfull and moody towards others, i try to wear loose clothing and sometimes use a blowdryer to cool it off. Well im gladd that this does not happen often during a year. Make sure you sleep enough, avoid staying a long time in the sun or taning and drinking.
