Students Fight for More STD Tests on Campuses

Most students know there are problems with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) on their campuses, but many students say there is not enough access to tests for these infections on most campuses. At DePaul University, for example, condom maker Trojan rated the campus as having the worst access to sexual health resources among 139 U.S. colleges and universities. Students are now pushing to improve their access to STD testing, which the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say is key to preventing the spread of these infections.  Read full story >
