To put the range from Market to Government does not make possible for understanding a single payer system. This is becuase the single payer system allows for free decisions by health consumers and poviders (market forces), yet the government acts as the insurance entity.
What is also missing is 3rd party candidate perspectives.
I am sure the health insurance industry is glad you don't heed my comments or have Nader and/or McKinney perspectives represented. For all I know, it's the health industry that is paying for this web site.

John--what a wonderful comment; thanks for it. Yes, our left-to-right/up-and-down system doesnt' capture a lot of contradictions and subtleties. Thanks for pointing this out.
