7 yrs. ago after my divorce I was told I had NO choice but to pay 518./month for health insurance. I couldn't afford it and I was in need of health care desperately. I have had breast cancer, other forms of cancer, reconstruction several times, complex seizures,SLE (lupus) several forms of arthritis, osteoporis, lost my colon and all but 7" of my instestines pluse several other health problems, I'm only 53, this started when I was 25yrs. old and they all continued to get worse. I'm now divorced and I have no choice but to be on the Healthy Indiana Plan of Mitch Daniels, it's better than nothing. I was doing without medicine I had to be on and surguries I should have had and tests. I can't get disability due to the fact that I only had 3 quarters in when I became disabled, although I was a victuim of abuse,he was ordered to pay me so much each week, sometimes I go with out that even. Our courts have got to start doing something for women and men like me. We have to have good health care and should be able to keep our own doctors along with it.I have done without medicine I desperatedly needed and without seeing and getting medical attention when I needed it. It's time for a great big change and what McCain is offering isn't going to help people in my situation. Thanks and do go vote
