I wish this article mentioned some healthy cocoa products and where they could be bought. I have yet to find dark chocolate products that are not loaded with a high amount of calories and sweeteners.

I went to http://www.dagobachocolate.com/products.asp and reviewed all their products.  I checked both the regular and organic bars and both have too much saturated fat.  I have to avoid saturated fat.  I wish I could get dark chocolate bars that have no saturated fat as well as low calories.

How many bowls of Cocoa Puffs would I have to eat to get the most effect?  Joking!

Due to irregular heartbeats, I completely stay away from caffeine in any form. It's my understanding that dark chocolate has quite a bit. Is there any way to figure out how much and/or how it would affect me? Guess I could just try a bite or two Foot in mouth

I think a small piece, 1 square, has about 20-30 mg of caffeine.  you can contact the chocolate company and ask.

Aronia juice is also very high in antioxidants.  Between chia seeds, aronia juice, yogurt culture, cocoa, and exercise, I raised my HDL from 27 to 39 in 3 months.  I have a heaping tablespoon of chia seeds in my goat yogurt each morning.  After work, I make "chocolate pudding", which is a heaping tablespoon of Hershey's natural cocoa powder, 3 or 4 spoons of yogurt, and a dozen drops of Stevia Clear, then I whip it up with a spoon into pudding.

Should I have certain other test if I just found out that I had Lp(a) of 68.9%. If so, what test should I have and should I see a heart Doctor?  The test was done by my primary doctor and it was a new test where they test the cells instead of just the serum.  She talked about me going on some medicine but I really don't want to do that. I'm 49.  She didn't say anything about seeing a heart doctor.  We talked about see a lipid specialist because I had questions regarding statistics of people with this lipid count of having heart attacks, clots and or strokes.  Neither one of my parents had had any heart problems thus far.  They are 68 and 69.  However, my dad's father had heart trouble having his first heart attack fairly young and then dying of conjestive heart failure.
