    I've been researching how much D one should take. There's data indicating that by increasing calcium absorption, one actually increases risks for arterial plaque build-ups. For now, I'm inclined to I'm sticking to obtaining vitamin D from 3 sources: a calcium+magnesium+d3 supplement plus my multivitamin, and a D supplement, for a total of 2000 IU's a day.
