Natto is not unpleasant. It's certainly got a distinctive taste, but many people like it, some adore it, and others tolerate it. Also, since it's the best source of K2, and has no (obvious) health problems, it's a better daily source of K2 than cheese. Why not try it?
Could this mean that lower amounts of K2-(my VitaminShoppe suplement is 100 mcg) could cause more calcification, while only large doses can be helpful? Does anyone know what a helpful daily oral level would be? 500 mcg? one gram? I cannot find that information, though ther are plenty of studies anout k2 and calcification..
