Hi,

Is it ok if I take 1g of omega3 fat per every 10 kilograms of my lean weight, according to this article: http://healthiac.com/health/how-much-omega-3-per-day

My concern is that this is quite high - I mean I should take (according to mentioned forumula) about 8 grams of additional fat everyday?? That seems high to me..

Tnx for answer.

Regards, Tej
