    I noticed a big fat ad for Ensure off to the side of this article...read the label on it sometime...and they give this to people who are not well.  You probably should add it to your list!

    I try to select the cereals with the lowest sugar content.  So far these have been Rice Crispies, Corn Flakes and Shredded Wheat.  Now it looks as though these are not good, either.  What do you recommend for breakfast foods for children or anyone for that matter?  I live with an autistic grandson who was taken of wheat and was told that Rice Crispies were okay to eat.
