A couple of years ago, My Doctor said I have high Cholesterol. I don't know what the numbers mean, she didn't explain it. I started on my own, taking Omega 3 (Fish oil tabs). & I take 1 NOT 3, garlic tabs per day. I have been doing this since March of 2008. Can't afford the Doctor right now, so I got a kit to test MY OWN Cholesterol this time. Hope it is accurate? I do all this too, because it runs iin Mother's side of the family. My brother is only 4 years older than me and already has suffered A HEART CONDITION. I want to take care of myself NOW. Should I eliminate ALL fatty foods and high cholesterol foods? Or can I induldge them now & then?
