Over the past several months I have been having this heavy feeling in my chest, at times it is ahrd to breath, especilly when i first lye down for the night. I feel tired all of the time, I could get up after sleeping all night and need qa nap about noon time. at times when I am sitting up just watching TV I some times get this heavy feeling in the middle of my chest, not out right pain, just a really heavy feeling at times. Sometimes I feel light headed all most dizzy feeling. What could be caausing this
