thanks for the info. I keep looking at my SAFE list from my doctor and still kicking myself in the butt on whether or not i should take sudafed.  I have a horrible head cold, my sinuses are killing me it's so bad it hurts my head when i sneeze and blow my nose.

 

ive only been taking regular tylenol and its the 3rd day already and i dont feel any better. I am 38 weeks today and need to get better as soon as i can.

 

i really hope this helps me.  i feel miserable.
