    Thanks so much for your post.  I am the moderator for the site, and though not medically trained I will try to help get answers to your questions.

     

    The first thing I must recommend is that you have your son speak to a physician.  There coudl be many reasons for what you describe.

     

    However, I was able to find information about diet and exercise in our healthy lifestyle choices section.
