a positive cardiac stress test - that can't be good

I haven't been feeling too great lately, under the weather with a cold like illness. After 10 days of antibiotic for a sinus infection didn't help, chest pain sent me back to my regular doctor who ordered a cardiac stress test. Just found out it is positive and will be seeing a cardiologist on Monday.
