It was around 11pm at night and I was feeling uneasy and vomitted twice and had chest pains , swetting.my daughter and wife took me to the hospital MI Room ,the doctor on duty was sleepy took my ECG and BP said they were normal and that I was suffering from gastritis and kept me under observation ,i told the doctor that the pain on my chest was not going away and was feeling breathless feeling cold and hot off and on ,he gave me another injection of ranatidin but the pain continued, doctor kept me under obseravation.in the morning the cardiologist on seeing the same ECG of the previous night said that I had sufferd a major heart attack and referred me for angiography which was done after 2 days which found out that my left artery was 100%blocked and I required a stent.

I had basically the same situation, except my blood enzymes came back indicated a heart attack. The PA was on duty and wanted to send me home, he kept calling the cardiologist (she was in the Cath Lab) and she said she wanted me to have a cath done. He came back and told me what the doctor said, but added that he advised against it since it would be a waste of everyone's time. I was in so much pain I said I want the cath done. Well when I got up there the doctor freaked because I was having another heart attack and ended up with 3 stents and a week in Intensive Care. That was 4 months ago, I was back in the hospital for a week 1 1/2 months ago, I am still not feeling right and don't know if I ever will. My whole life has changed. I was an active, sociable person and now I can only walk a little and am exhausted by the end of the day, so no more social life for me.
I had a medication induced heart attack while under medical care. I was given an over dose of medication and knew while I was loosing consciousness that I was dying. My heart beats at first were deep and felt like my heart was pounding through my bed to the floor until they grew further apart and my breathing slowed and became minimal and then i blacked out. I had a dream I had died or was dying, and then I decided no,... maybe someone else I know was, the person who came to mind was in a hospital as well having pregnancy complications. I woke up the next afternoon barely able to stand or walk without leaning on walls I could not hold myself up. after a visit to the bathroom and my eyes adjusting to the brilliant lights I could see my hair was different, week of grey roots had vanished like i had just dyed my hair, My nails had all grown completely evenly over night like I had been give a midnight manicure and pedicure, (i have never previously had naturally even nail growth), my skin seemed different on my face and on closer inspection, two scars I had, one since I was younger than 3 and the other since I was 11 had nearly vanished and were barely distinguishable there had ever been any marks. Next, leaving the restroom, I called the person from in the dream at the hospital they were staying. I said "I had a horrible dream last night and something terrible happened and had to call you to see how you are! Are you okay?" Their response confounded me, They said about themselves "I nearly died, they would have been able to save the baby most likely, but they tried giving me medication I couldn't take and my husband kept insisting as my legal guardian that they give it to me, and after they did I think I had a heart attack!". After telling her what had happened to me, and getting off the phone, I began to cry, I cried for two days straight. I was told too continue taking the medication as directed.
