My third son Jacob was born on February 28, 2008.   He is my third child.  Right from the beginning I knew something was wrong, but I did not know what.  He did'nt take to nursing, his coloring seemed a little blueish, low weight gain, fussiness, fatigue, and the list goes on.&nbs...

My little sister was born a blue baby.   The doctor's caught on real quick and she had open heart surgery at 3 to replace the valve.  Seven years later she died from spinal meningitis. It was the same year she would have had to have another open heart surgery to put an adult size valve in.  So it really is all in God's hands.  We could have been like you and given the run around and lost her earlier, but we didn't have that problem.  I'm a firm believer in the fates.  Because although she was operated on and all we still lost her to something else.  And whose to say what will or won't happen.  When she was in the hospital the last time I saw her she was totally blind and in a great deal of pain.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My son will be 2 yrs. May 3rd, he's had 4 open heart surgery. He was born with a heart defect called an unbalanced av canal. I found out when I was 5 mos. pregnant. But he's doin good now ,but he's going into the hospital in May for another surgery. I wish you and your family the best, may GOD bless you and your family. And your little angle is watching over us all.
