I agree that eating the same foods can help you lose weight . I have the same basic breakfast each day prepared in a variety of ways. Egg, bacon, sausage, cheese , etc. and a few berries. I have found that by eliminated starchy foods. like bread and whole grains I am seldom hungry as I am sure you realize that bread and similar foods spike blood glucose and raise VLDL .
