    Thanks so much for the wake-up call (pun intended!).  It is true that on the days I eat breakfast, hungry or not, I feel better throughout the day - less sluggish and better attitude.

     

    I think if we can stick with certain routines, our days will go by a bit smoother, making it easier to handle the unexpected - even enjoying it sometimes!

     

    So tomorrow, it whole wheat toast, some fruit and even a yogurt for me.  But I'm not giving up the java just yet!
