  2. Metabolism has nothing to do with exercise

The body becomes acidic due to wrong eating and liquid intake habits. When the body is acidic it carries more water (fluid). More fluid lowers the metabolism. Exercise helps to flush out the water during the course of exercise. But that water is needed as your body is still very acidic. Moreover you follow the same pattern of life which makes yours body acidic.

Normally if you add 1 unit of acid in 1 month. But when you revisit (after exercise) you will add 1 unit of acids in 2 days. So the requirement of exercise keeps going up.

The statement that after the age of 30 metabolism declines is an acceptance to inability to think rationally.

Simply reverse the process of making your body acidic.

Do not drink water over meals or after meals while Acids are still in the stomach. After 7 days the bodies requirement of water comes down. But this water is not released by the body easily or by exercising. This water is released by stopping drinking the water for 48 hours. AFter this resume normal water intake. If your body's water requirement has really come down, it will not store the excess water.

By repeating these cycles you get rid of acids and water and reverse your metabolism.

I have never seen any statement by professionals which is not contradictory to the next statement.

Duiretics is the first option for blood pressure. Instead of pushing fluids out of body, why not stop drinking water. Dehydration is supposed to lower the blood pressure to life threatening levels.
