It really is so important to be conscious of what we are eating. And even more to be consistent and keep up a healthy daily diet. Treats here and there are ok (right?), but overindulging can certainly lead to higher risks.
Thanks for letting us know America is heading in the right direction. I am working towards it each day. I've found one of the hardest things is to eat consistently throughout the day. A breakfast, lunch, dinner and couple of snacks is hard for me to consume each day. And those days that I do not, I inevitably break into the cookies and breakfast bars that just fill me up - with a lot more than I thought!
So my goal is to be more consistent. Tomorrow is another day.
