I have been taking Co Q10 and ALC for two years now. I am 100% disabled with heart problems and several other problems. But taking these two supplements do work.

Before I couldn't walk or complete my stress test without getting exhausted. Now I can walk, climb up a set of stairs, complete my yearly stress test. Feel fine, not exhausted.
