about heart pain

Dear Sir,
 I have heart pain with following symptoms.
1.The pain is not at fixed point of
   chest (variable)
2. Duration also variable
3. I got pain especially two days after
    a. intercourse
    b. lifting weight (>15 KG)
4. Sometimes rhythm of breath varies and some times blood pressure is high

   In short the symptoms resembles the article in following web page

Previously i am afraid to consult about this problem with any doctor.
 But now i am ready to face whatever may be the situation. Please help me. what should I do?
My age is 34 years. I am facing
