need a little help

hello im living in kuwait and lately ive been having what i think are heart problems. i heart starts to beat really fast when im doing nothing sometime i even sweat a little. i can feel what i think is pressure in my eyes, as if im going to faint or something. the health care system is not all that great here, but i went to the doctor had a ekg but both were normal. blood work was normal too. but ny heart wasnt beating that fast when i took the test. as i walked out the care center it started again. this happen before in germany and sadly i forgot the type of pills only 10 of them the doctor gave me. is there any help for me here.
