I am a 57 yr old woman that had a stroke on 6/17/07 and a malfunction pacemaker
I didn't know that I had one until I woke up in the hospital on 6/24/07 I could
not move. I was told that I had a stroke on my L brain CVA that infected me on right side and speech.
On 6/28/07 I went to Spaulding REHAB in Boston which I was taught to Walk and talk and occupational therapy . My speech is better now and still improving. I am still walking with a
walker, hopefully I will be walking with a cane soon. On 7/24/2007 left to go home and to go back to work.
On 9/8/07 I went back to work part-time and its great to be back. I'm glad that I know why REHABS are so important now. If you can go back to work even part-time I would recommend it to anyone. its the best therapy you can get for free.
