    You listed that Almonds provide omega-3 fatty acids when, in fact, they do not have any omega-3 fatty acids. Walnuts are actually the only nut that contain a signifcant amount of omega-3s.....2.6 grams per one ounce serving!

    Thanks for the comment, Kaley. Almonds carry trace amounts of omega-3, but are a better source for omega-9 fatty acids (which help lower cholesterol levels and reduce atherosclerosis). The information has been corrected in the post. Thanks for your input!

    Hi Alli - This sounds like a really good way to get a wuick pick m up in the afternoon - instead of my 3 pm pot of coffee!
