Almonds wrong information

Thursday, April 03, 2008 at 12:02 PMYou listed that Almonds provide omega-3 fatty acids when, in fact, they do not have any omega-3 fatty acids. Walnuts are actually the only nut that contain a signifcant amount of omega-3s.....2.6 grams per one ounce serving!
