Hi Melanie - what an interesting subject. It does make sense that laughing could help with all those things you mention.
I wish I worked on that research - I bet the researchers laughed alot too!

Thanks for your comments. Yes, it would be a very interesting area of research indeed. I've recently come across laughter classes as well, I'd love to go along to one just to see what it's like!
