Hi again Melanie.  It seems there are lots of ways one can control the way they eat - which in effect can help to lose weight.

 

Thanks so  much for this post and your previous one "Eight Ways to Reduce Your Risk of Heart Disease". I'm looking forward to incorporating as many of these tips in to my routines as soon as possible.

You know, it's so trough, using smaller plates dose the job. Since I adopted this method I eat less in my main meals. I can also recommend you to take Antioxidant supplements. I read that taking Antioxidant significantly reduces the level of oxidated cholesterol in the blood, and as you probably know, Balanced cholesterol will reduce your risk for heart attacks.Tongue
