    Thanks for sharing these details with us Melanie.  I think the DASH det seems pretty reasonable and not that hard to keep up with - there are so many ways to get servings of the recommended food groups. I try to eat as well as possible - sometimes treating myself!

     

    I hope we hare from others who have been practicing the DASH diet or maybe another kind of regimen that has helped them.
