Thanks so much fo ryour post Melanie.  I am such a coffee lover.  I guess I best start taking a break on the java and insert a few cups of tea as well.

Thanks for a terrific post!  In addition to the health benefits that you mention, there is interesting research showing that GREEN TEA lowers your risk of colon cancer, and other cancers, and other research showing that people who drink 3-6 cups of tea most days live longer.  Admittedly, the research has been abit conflicting on the issue but if you take a overview of the data in aggregate-in my view, it suggests that Green Tea (at least) is a health-promoting drink....
