    It is amazing that every time I read advice or 'research' on illnesses that are more prevalent to an African in America, there is always information missing. It always comes across as if the general lifestyle habits common among many africans in america were inherited, or started from birth on some scientific level. "The Truth- Having to develop a culture as a people in a foreign land, and making due with what you are given, has pathed the way for many many illnesses and conditions. Going from exotic fruits and berries to hamhocks and chitterlings can be devastating to the body system.

    As a poorer class of individuals in a foreign land during that time one was lucky if he ate at all. It is safe to say that the Why is being confused with the How. Your information is very helpful in that it keeps people aware of research studies and findings. It is so amazing to learn about others truth and research.
